This warranty form is applicable to all Juvo Solution products, including Care of Sweden mattresses, pumps, and accessories.

Juvo Solutions PTY LTD General Warranty for JUVOcare Bathroom Hygiene Assistive Technology Device and Daily Living Aids
Warranty Coverage:
Juvo Solutions PTY LTD offers a 3-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials on parts.
There is a 7-year warranty on breakage of the metal frame caused by weld defects.
In the case of a product containing batteries, the battery warranty period is 1 year.
Maintenance Responsibility:
The warranty would be adversely affected if the customer's responsibility for servicing and/or maintenance is not carried out according to the guidelines and intervals prescribed by the supplier and/or stated in the User Guide.
Geographical Limitation:
The warranty is only granted in the country where the product was purchased and if the product can be identified by the serial/lot number.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, including damage caused by misuse or neglect.
The warranty does not extend to consumable items (e.g., tires or upholstery), which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.
The warranty is null and void if other than original parts/accessories are used, or if the product has not been maintained, repaired, or altered according to the guidelines and intervals prescribed by the supplier and/or stated in the User Guide.
Inspection and Resolution:
Juvo Solutions PTY LTD reserves the right to inspect the product being claimed for and the relevant documentation before agreeing to the warranty claim, and to decide upon whether to replace or repair the defective product.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the item being claimed for under warranty to the address of purchase.
Liability:
Juvo Solutions PTY LTD's sole responsibility is to repair or replace the defective product or component.
This warranty replaces all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, except as expressly stated in this warranty.
Performance Guarantees:
Juvo Solutions PTY LTD does not guarantee that its products are fit for a specific purpose or will achieve certain performance criteria.
Limitation of Liability:
Juvo Solutions PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) resulting from its performance or a third party's purchase, use, possession, or disposal of the Juvo Solutions PTY LTD products provided under this warranty.
